By scheduling a class, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and enter into a legally binding contract with us to provide a scheduled course with your child.
By booking with us, you agree to a non-refundable deposit of $25 to handle the cost of administration in applying your creative kids voucher. We will only you issue the refund, if the class cannot go ahead due to availability.
Locations vary, and are subject to availability. We aim to service around Sydney, but you are aware and agree that the location or venue may change within Sydney. We will find a venue convenient for parking and transport, but we are not responsible for the transportation of your child to the venue.
If for any reason, your Creative Kids Voucher is invalid or unable to be claimed, you must pay for the remaining costs for the course out of pocket no less than 2 weeks prior to the commencement date. If we do not receive payment, we may remove your child from the booking. The deposit will be retained by SkyMaster by DronePixel, and is not refunded.
Should your child be unwell or due to unforeseen circumstances unable to attend a booking, SkyMaster by DronePixel will endeavour to place your child in another booking. We do not issue refunds for change of minds.
